Storage (Resource Management)

The Storage module (page title: Resource Management) is the file storage and organization hub, supporting folder structure management, multi-format file uploads, and previews. Files in Storage can be directly referenced by the Knowledge Base, Workflows, and other modules.

Access Path

  • Console → Sidebar Storage
  • Or navigate directly to /storage

Page Layout

  • Top Toolbar: Path navigation, new folder, upload, refresh, statistics, view toggle (grid/list), search bar
  • Main Content Area: Folder and file list, supporting grid view and list view
  • Bottom Status Bar: Total item count (folder/file category counts), current sort method, selected item actions

The view mode is automatically saved to the browser's local storage, preserving your last selection on subsequent visits.
