Storage (Resource Management)
The Storage module (page title: Resource Management) is the file storage and organization hub, supporting folder structure management, multi-format file uploads, and previews. Files in Storage can be directly referenced by the Knowledge Base, Workflows, and other modules.
Access Path
- Console → Sidebar Storage
- Or navigate directly to
/storage
Page Layout
- Top Toolbar: Path navigation, new folder, upload, refresh, statistics, view toggle (grid/list), search bar
- Main Content Area: Folder and file list, supporting grid view and list view
- Bottom Status Bar: Total item count (folder/file category counts), current sort method, selected item actions
The view mode is automatically saved to the browser's local storage, preserving your last selection on subsequent visits.
Core Features
Folder Management
- New Folder: Create via the toolbar button or right-click menu
- Rename: Right-click folder → Rename
- Delete: Supports recursive deletion (deleting a folder warns that all files and subfolders within it will also be deleted)
- Navigation: Double-click a folder to enter it; use path navigation or the "Go Back" button to return
File Operations

Context Menu
Different menu items are displayed depending on where you click:

Search
Enter keywords in the search bar to filter matching files and folders in real time.
Drag-and-Drop Upload
Supports dragging files or entire folders onto the page for upload. When a folder is dragged in, the directory structure is automatically parsed and uploaded with its hierarchy preserved. When a file is dragged over a specific folder, it will be uploaded into that folder.
Maximum file size per upload: 100MB.
Batch Operations
- Box Select: Hold down the mouse and drag in an empty area to select multiple files/folders
- Select All: A select-all checkbox is available at the top in list view
- Batch Delete: Select multiple items and use the "Delete Selected" button in the status bar
- Double-click Empty Area: Deselect all items
Storage Statistics
Click the statistics button in the toolbar to display a popup showing:

| Total Size | Total space occupied by all files |
| File Type Distribution | Statistics by type (images/videos/audio/documents/text/other) |
File Preview
Click a file to open a preview. The following formats are supported:

Within the preview window, you can copy the file link, open it in a new tab, or download the file. For unsupported formats, a prompt is displayed with the option to open in a new window.
Sort Options
Files can be sorted by the following dimensions:
- Created time
- Name
- Size
- Modified time
The current sort method is displayed in the bottom status bar.
Relationship with Other Modules
- Knowledge Base: In the knowledge base edit page, existing files from Storage can be selected and added to the knowledge base
- Workflows: Workflows can reference files from Storage as input
- Agents: Documents are provided to agents indirectly through the Knowledge Base
