  • Current plan name and status (Active / Expired)
  • Expiration date
  • Included feature list
  • Usage limits (maximum file size, team members, knowledge bases, concurrent tasks)
tip

If you are using a team subscription, the page will display "You are using a subscription from a team."

Pricing Plans

Switch to the "Pricing Plans" tab to view all available plans:

  • Supports monthly and annual billing toggles (annual billing saves 20%)
  • Each plan card shows pricing, included tokens, and feature list
  • Displays an "Upgrade" or "Renew" button based on current subscription status

Cancel Subscription

After canceling a subscription, the current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it automatically reverts to the Free plan.

Token Billing

All AI services are billed in tokens, with real-time deductions from your account balance on each use.

Billable Service Types

Service TypeDescription
Agent ServiceAgent conversations and task execution, billed separately for input/output tokens
Operator ServiceTool invocations, billed by total token consumption
Assistant ServicePlatform assistant sessions, with tokens accumulated across multi-turn conversations

Billing Accounts

Personal Billing Account

  • Automatically created when a user first needs billing (e.g., when creating a team or accessing billing features)
  • Registration bonus: New users receive 100,000 tokens upon first account creation; these are credited to recharged balance and never expire
  • Stores token balance (recharged + subscription) and usage history; supports top-ups

Team Billing

  • Team billing is based on the team owner's personal billing account
  • When team members use services, tokens are deducted from the owner's account
  • All usage records are tagged with team and user information
  • The team owner bears full billing responsibility for the team

Token Sources and Accounting Rules

The token balance is composed of two parts:

Balance TypeDescriptionExpiry
Recharged BalanceTokens from registration bonus, paid top-ups, admin gifts, refundsNever expires
Subscription BalanceTokens from monthly subscription grantsExpires at end of billing period

Total Balance = Recharged Balance + Subscription Balance

Token Sources and Where They Are Credited

Consumption Priority

When using AI services, tokens are deducted in this order:

  1. Subscription Balance first — Use subscription allowance before recharged balance
  2. Recharged Balance second — Use recharged balance when subscription balance is insufficient

This ensures subscription tokens are used before they expire.

Transaction Types

Token transactions are categorized into the following types:

TypeDescription

RECHARGEUser-initiated paid top-up
BONUSSystem-granted (e.g., new user registration bonus, admin direct gift)

EXPIRESubscription token expiry (unused balance cleared)

Token Usage History

Access path: Profile page → Token Usage History.

info

Self-hosted (Standalone) deployments do not require token usage tracking; this page will display a corresponding notice.

Statistics Overview

Three statistic cards are displayed at the top of the page:

Cost Control Recommendations

  1. Monitor Regularly — Track token usage trends and balance changes; view details in the Analytics module
  2. Plan Ahead — Set budgets based on team size and usage frequency
  3. Optimize Usage — Choose appropriate AI models and parameters to reduce per-invocation consumption
  4. Top Up Promptly — Top up when tokens are running low to avoid service interruptions

FAQ

  • Insufficient Token Balance: Top up promptly or optimize usage strategies
  • Statistics Data Delay: The system automatically generates missing historical statistics data
  • Billing Account Not Created: Complete email verification to activate your account
  • Team Billing Anomaly: Confirm the team owner has a valid billing account
