Account Settings

This document describes the account-related settings entry points and features in the GeniSpace console.

Access Points

Settings Page (/settings)

Clicking Settings in the left navigation opens a page with two tabs:

Integrations

  • API Key Management: Create, view, and revoke API keys
  • Team API Keys: Manage team members' API keys (requires appropriate permissions)

Configuration

  • ConfigMap: Manage environment variables and configuration mappings for use by workflows, agents, etc.
  • Supports YAML format configuration

Profile (/profile)

Click the top-right avatar and select Profile to enter. The page includes a user information section and three tabs.

User Information Section

The top of the page displays personal information: avatar, name, email, company, phone number, and join date. The following actions are available:

  • Edit Profile — Modify name and company information (email cannot be changed)
  • Change Password — Enter current password and new password, with password strength validation
  • Preferences — Set theme (light/dark), language (Chinese/English), timezone

Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays key information for the current account:

  • Subscription Info (SaaS version) — Current subscription plan, expiration date, subscription status, with a manage subscription entry
  • Token Info (SaaS version) — Current balance, total consumption, total recharges, with a recharge entry
  • Token Usage Trend — Bar chart of Token consumption over the last 7 days, with a link to the Token usage history page
  • Usage Statistics — Tasks created, execution count, execution success rate
  • Resource Statistics — Number of agents, custom operators, teams, knowledge bases
  • Recent Activity — Last 5 activity records
  • Quick Actions — Manage subscription, Token recharge, team management

The self-hosted (Standalone) version does not display subscription and Token information. Instead, it shows enterprise privileges: unlimited Tokens, unlimited storage, dedicated support, and full features.

Activity Log Tab

Displays activity logs, with the ability to switch between Personal and Team:

  • Personal Activity — Activity records for the current user
  • Team Activity — Activity records for all team members, including operator information

Activity types include: login/logout, agent create/update/delete, task create/update/delete/execute, operator create/update/delete, knowledge base create/update/delete, subscription changes, password changes, team switching, etc.

  • Preferences — Email notification toggle

Subscription (/subscription)

Manage subscription plans and billing. See Billing & Subscription for details.

Token Usage History (/token-history)

View Token consumption trends and statistics. See Billing & Subscription for details.

Recharge (/recharge)

Token recharge. See Billing & Subscription for details.
