Personal Team

  • Automatically created when a user registers and activates their account, serving as a personal workspace
  • All resources are only visible and usable by the individual
  • The user is the team owner with full permissions
  • Cannot be deleted, ownership cannot be transferred, and the owner cannot leave
  • Uses the user's personal billing account

Collaboration Team

  • Supports multiple users working together with shared resources
  • Different member roles have different permissions
  • Uses the team owner's personal billing account
  • Supports creation, deletion, member management, ownership transfer, and more

Creating a Team

Prerequisites

  • An active TEAM or ENTERPRISE subscription
  • A valid personal billing account
  • Have not exceeded the team count limit (ENTERPRISE allows up to 10 collaboration teams)

Billing Mechanism

  • Team billing is based on the team owner's personal billing account
  • When team members use services, tokens are deducted from the owner's account
  • All usage records are tagged with team and user information

Member Management

Inviting Members

  1. Go to the Team page
  2. Click Invite Members
  3. Enter the member's email address
  4. Assign a role to the new member
  5. Send the invitation

The invited member will receive an invitation link. Registered users are automatically added upon acceptance; unregistered users must complete registration first.

warning

Only owners and admins can invite members, and they can only invite roles with permission levels equal to or lower than their own. Personal teams do not support member invitations.

Modifying Member Roles

In the team member list, click a member's action menu to modify their role. Admins can modify roles of all members except the owner.

Removing Members

Owners and admins can remove members from the member list. Removed members immediately lose access to team resources.

Members Leaving

  • Admins, members, and viewers can voluntarily leave a team
  • The team owner cannot leave the team and must transfer ownership first
  • After leaving, personally created resources remain in the team; re-invitation is required to rejoin

Team Ownership Transfer

  1. The current owner goes to the Team page
  2. Selects the team member who will receive ownership
  3. Confirms the transfer operation
warning

After ownership transfer, billing responsibility is also transferred to the new owner. The original owner becomes a regular member, and the new owner gains full control. Only collaboration teams support ownership transfer.

Team Deletion

Before deleting a team, the system checks for any uncleaned resources (agents, tools, tasks, knowledge bases, documents). If uncleaned resources exist, the system displays the specific resource counts and types, and you must manually clean them up first.

caution

Only the team owner can delete a team. Personal teams cannot be deleted.

Resource Management

Resources within a team include agents, tools, knowledge bases, tasks, documents, and more.

  • Creator Permissions: The resource creator has full control over their resources
  • Team Sharing: Team resources can be used by other members (except viewers)
  • Permission Inheritance: Permission inheritance based on member roles

Security & Privacy

  • Data Isolation: Data is completely isolated between different teams
  • Permission Control: Strict role-based permission control
  • Access Auditing: Complete audit records for all data access
